The club meets weekly on Monday evenings between September and May from 7:00pm to 9:30pm (meeting starts 7.15pm), except for public holidays.

The club can be reached by walking past the shops and beyond the bollards into the Community Centre itself which is located beyond the railing fence. The club also continues to meet through the summer months on an informal basis at various photographic shoot locations throughout the West Lothian area, and sometimes further afield. These summer syllabus meetings are informal and invaluable and help promote the social side of the club as well as giving less experienced members the opportunity to learn from others on the practical hands-on aspects of photography. In addition, club members can meet on an ad-hoc basis throughout the year for photographic outings at various locations.
